GRANITA WITH KRONE BRUT ROSÉ

Krone | Try this Recipe: Salt-rubbed Harders with a Wild Greens Pesto

Grapefruit and rose geranium granita with crème fraiche. Tangy bittersweet and floral with a creamy finish, a mirror to the Krone Brut Rosé.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 T honey
4 geranium leaves

METHOD

1.    Place the grapefruit juice, leaves and honey in a saucepan and heat up just enough to melt the honey, strain and leave to cool.


2.     Add the Krone Brut Rosé and pour into a flat bottom dish.


3.     Freeze for 2 hours, scraping with a fork as it starts to freeze.


4.     Serve in frozen bowls with a scoop of crème fraiche.
