KELP STEAMED CRAYFISH WITH KAAIMANSGAT BLANC DE BLANCS

The natural sea taste of the kelp and sea water with the rich, sweet-salty shellfish is a seamless match with Kaaimansgat Blanc De Blancs, 2016.

Ingredients

- 2-4 crayfish, whole


- 2 cups sea water


- 1 cup fresh kelp, chopped


- ½ lemon

Method

1. Place the sea water, kelp and lemon in a steamer base and steam the crayfish for 12 minutes until firm and pink.


2. Serve immediately with an ice cold bottle of Kaaimansgat Blanc De Blancs .
