- 2-4 crayfish, whole
- 2 cups sea water
- 1 cup fresh kelp, chopped
- ½ lemon
1. Place the sea water, kelp and lemon in a steamer base and steam the crayfish for 12 minutes until firm and pink.
2. Serve immediately with an ice cold bottle of Kaaimansgat Blanc De Blancs .
